“On the lake shore” is the first private residence in Switzerland to have been meticulously renovated and interior designed by R&Partners. The large penthouse is situated in Zurich on a hill side facing the beautiful Zurichsee.

The large living room will feature vast proportions and abundance of natural light through roof-to-ceiling windows that look out on a green terrace. The colour palate of finishes and carefully selected materials (marble, brass, wood and leather) will create a contemporary and highly sophisticated environment.

Luxurious materials and state-of-the-art furniture have been used throughout the master suite. With an ideal balance between relaxation and functionality, featuring a stunning dark Nabuk leather bed, complemented by an elegant relax area next to the terrace. The rear side of the bed headboard secretes a coiffeuse desk finished in dark brown leather. The stunning master bathroom is dominated by a dark stone central shower space.
This divides the vanity area from the sanitary area, hidden on the back side.
