Villa J-2 is the twin of Villa J-1. As the previous one it lays on the Dubai beachfront, facing the Persic Gulf. The large building is spread across three storey, each of them meticulously designed to have the best view on the sea. On the ground floor there are two separate areas: a wide formal area composed by a monumental entrance hall, majlis, dining room and a home office and on the other side a more relaxed family area composed by a large kitchen with den, living and dining room. These spaces open to a lush garden with pool and lounge areas. On the upper floor the bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom and living room.
